In order to offer accurate and timely technical support, please follow these steps:
- Restart your machine and reenter the program.
- Try to repeat the process which is linked with your problem.
- For STAAD.Pro only: If your problem still exists, please delete all files in the directory except for those with the *.STD extension. Restart the program and repeat the process once again.
